Dr. Sneha S. Gupta is a homeopathic physician, and the founder and consulting doctor at HomoeoFit, a homeopathy clinic on Nagar Road in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar area. She completed her BHMS as a Gold Medalist in 2009, followed by an M.D. in Homeopathy in 2014, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Medical Services (PGDEMS) from Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences. She has been in practice since 2012, with a particular focus on women’s health and child health.
Practice approach
Dr. Gupta’s consultations begin with a detailed case history — not a fixed protocol applied to a diagnosis label. Two patients with the same condition can have very different underlying patterns, and treatment is discussed individually with each patient based on their specific history, symptoms, and any existing test reports or diagnoses they bring to the consultation.
